Genshin impact is a global top-ranked gaming brand among Gen. Z. The brand planned to engage its target with more in-person interactions in U.S. in Aug. 2022. D-liteful worked with other agencies to support its experiential event held in New York’s shopping mall.

Brand points were hit and carried, excitement stayed, energy was high, and giveaways led to more immersive and brand-driven experiences. The guests themselves, due to the welcoming environment, often stayed and became an organic part of the activation.

Created Opportunitiesfor Guests to Interact

The guests were very excited about the activation, and many came in cosplay. It was very hard-pressed to find anyone without a smile. They loved the stickers, and with 4 different sticker sheets available, there was an unexpected opportunity for guests to interact and connect with each other trading stickers!

Created aPicture-Worthy Environment

Selfies were plentiful! We had a group of guests in cosplay who stayed for a while so others could take pictures with them, furthering the enjoyment and activities found within the footprint. Guests also enjoyed taking pictures next to the cutouts throughout the space.
